Archive First, Publish Later
This one is kind of obvious. The Internet loses stuff all the time. Platforms go down, things get taken down, people take down their own things.
It's more important to download and save the things you care about most first. Sorting can come later. Storage is cheap, but information is priceless.
Publishing can come later, too, if you determine that it's morally okay to publish it (I do think it's always morally okay to save without publishing, based on the Right to Remember and the Transhumanism Principle). Or make it available after a hundred years for historians, I suppose.
